We, the owners of the Elkader Cinema, also own this property.  We would like to sell it so that we can focus all our

We'll try to add some pictures of the apartments, if they are ever not rented!  They have rented very well for us, and are
currently fully rented.  Of course you can see them in person, any time, by appointment.  Just contact Myra and she will set
up a showing.  However, we do need to give the tenants 24 hours notice prior to the showing.
